A bakery brand concept developed to explore how visual identity can express sweetness, local pride, and approachability for a millennial and Gen Z audience in Portland, OR. The system centers around the idea of a “sweet spot,” merging baking and location cues through color (the pink reminiscent of frosting and green inspired by St. John’s Bridge) and iconography. Every aspect is designed to build familiarity through charming visuals and callbacks to consumer’s memories such as the ubiquitous experience of GPS navigation.
